On the 2nd of March, it was officially revealed that YG Entertainment's premier K-pop girl group BLACKPINK would be dropping "BLACKPINK IN YOUR KOREAN," which is a textbook catered to help netizens and fans learn the Korean language.

Expectedly, the packaging of the textbooks is in line with the K-pop girl group's aesthetic and it came with two learning books, one pocketbook, and a lot more items that are in line with BLACKPINK.

However, although BLINKs (the fandom name of BLACKPINK) had mixed receptions on the product, one main thing that caught the attention of fans was that the project was a collaboration with HYBE, the agency of BTS, TXT, and ENHYPEN.

Specifically, the branding at the bottom of each product reveals a HYBE x YG Entertainment mark on all the items on BLACKPINK's upcoming "BLACKPINK IN YOUR KOREAN."

Though it might be weird, it makes sense that HYBE headed the project as the label has previously dropped similar products with BTS, which include "Talk! With BTS," "Learn! KOREAN With BTS," and "Learn! KOREAN with TinyTan."

The aforementioned projects, similar to the upcoming BLACKPINK product, were all made to help netizens and fans learn a new language by fusing K-Pop artists and Korean to make it have more interaction.

Notably, the BLACKPINK project might be a good idea for netizens, but it made netizens and fans confused. Though some revealed their anger at YG Entertainment for promoting more projects instead of focusing on a comeback, some have found it weird that two of the top companies in K-pop are doing a collaboration.
