Netizens Have Mixed Reactions As aespa’s NingNing Returns On Social Media!

In the early stages of February, aespa's Ningning got negative feedback from Korean netizens for supporting a Chinese team in the Winter Olympics. Since the incident the K-pop idol has been taking a hiatus from social media, until now.
Just recently, aespa's Ningning came back to social media to greet MYs (the fandom name of aespa). The K-pop idol chatted "I missed you" and "Goodnight" in Chinese. A myriad of netizens were happy to hear from the aespa member but there were some that were not so thrilled.

Notably aespa's Ningning return to social media had some netizens start online discussions as there were a lot of K-pop fans who both supported and contracted Ningning for previously supporting the Chinese national team in the Winter Olympics.
Some netizens went on to show their distaste by criticizing aespa's NingNing, expressing that she should return to China and promote there. Others even commented on the K-pop idol's use of the Chinese language.

But although a lot criticized her, a plethora of K-pop fans expressed their support towards aespa's NingNing. A lot of fans went on to share that they are happy that NingNing is slowly making her return and even defended her by saying that some netizens are going overboard.
No matter what happens though, a majority of netizens and K-pop fans are happy that aespa's NingNing is slowly making her return to social media.
