IU Shares How She Truly Feels About Entering Her Thirties & Upcoming Plans, Making Uaenas Excited!
EDAM's very own K-pop superstar IU has recently revealed how she truly feels to be entering her 30s while also sharing upcoming plans, to the delight of netizens and Uaenas (the K-pop soloist's fandom name).
As of writing this article, yesterday on the 16th of February, popular French-British fashion magazine Marie Claire shared IU's most recent interview with them online. In the interview with the fashion magazine, the K-pop idol revealed how she feels about entering her 30s this 2022.
In the interview, IU revealed, "I felt really happy when I turned 30 (Korean age) this year. I was watching the annual end-of-year music festival at home when the countdown began."
Adding to this, the K-pop idol noted that as it began, she suddenly felt excited. IU admittedly had butterflies in her stomach as this was the kind of excitement she had not felt in a long time. Since IU felt immensely happy, she believed she could do anything.
"In my late twenties, I actually felt sort of helpless and tired of a lot of things in life. I was excited about this fresh start," IU further explained.
Making her Uaenas excited, IU revealed that she started to think of plans due to her incredibly giddy mood. As per the K-pop soloist, she wanted to open a small studio where she could work with other singers. The EDAM artist also wants to build a little concert hall where she and her fellow artists perform.
But IU also noted that due to the pandemic, it has become very difficult for singers to have a concert. "During those difficult times, I thought about ways to make things better for us. I very much wish to make those plans come true," IU sweetly remarked.
2022 is truly going to be a special year for IU!
