BLACKPINK's Lisa shared that she focused her time and energy on the tracks that she felt best represented her. Instead of recording multiple songs and picking the best, she gave her all to the two songs she chose as she loved the exact feel of the tracks.

YG Entertainment's producer Teddy played a couple of songs for BLACKPINK's Lisa and the two that she ultimately chose that best represented her were "LALISA" and "MONEY."

As she listened to the songs, BLACKPINK Lisa tried to imagine how she fits the song by imagining herself performing to the beat of the new song.

BLACKPINK's Lisa noted, "I'm trying to imagine me in the song, like, performing."

Furthermore, both "LALISA" and "MONEY" had BLACKPINK Lisa's signature feel and swag as an artist and this actually gave her an easier time in choosing the songs.

Additionally, BLACKPINK Lisa's choice primarily revolved around how hard the songs hit her, especially how she clicked with the song.

"If it clicks, it's going to be that. 'MONEY' and 'LALISA' just hit me so hard," BLACKPINK's Lisa powerfully shared.
