Karina, Winter, & NingNing Of aespa Reveal How They Feel About Their Upcoming First Anniversary!
As of writing this article, yesterday on the 5th of October, aespa dropped their first mini-album entitled "Savage" alongside the title track of the same name. Following this, the SM Entertainment girl group had an online press conference.
SM Entertainment's aespa made their debut with "Black Mamba" last year and since then, the quartet has grown so much and have reached so far in the entertainment industry, but they are just getting started.
"Although we felt awkward and anxious to stand in front of the camera at first, I feel we've become much more comfortable and are having more fun on stage now. We're grateful to all the fans who've shown support and hope we could last long with them," Ningning revealed.
Following this, aespa's Winter then revealed how aespa wants to make their mark as a K-pop girl group with their unique music by keeping up the hard work and doing their best as a group.
Winter revealed, "To date, aespa has mostly shown our powerfulness and coolness. But this time, we want to showcase something more. Instead of being overwhelmed by the success of "Black Mamba" and "Next Level", our members just poured more effort into making this new mini-album."
Karina, aespa's leader, then concluded that aespa will keep showing off how the SM Entertainment K-pop group will pull off multiple concepts while growing together.
"We want to show the public that aespa can pull off different styles, and that our universe can be expanded continuously," Karina noted.
