‘Doom at Your Service’ Star Seo In Guk Gearing Up For A New Drama?
Just recently, South Korean actor Seo In Guk finished up production on his popular drama, "Doom at Your Service." Now that the actor is free, it seems as though he is not planning on resting as he already received an offer for an upcoming K-drama.
As of writing this article, yesterday on the 12th of July, an insider from the Korean entertainment industry has gone on to spill that Seo In Guk has been offered the protagonist role of an upcoming K-drama entitled "Minamdang: Case Note."
The insider from Story J Company reported towards news outlets, "Seo In Guk has received a casting offer for 'Minamdang: Case Note' and is at present reviewing it."
The upcoming drama, "Minamdang: Case Note," is going to be based on a popular web novel of the same name. Written by Jung Jae Han, "Minamdang: Case Note" was serialized on Kakao Page and has gone on to win the grand prize at a web novel contest from Kakao Page and is hopefully gonna be taken up by Seo In Guk.
The plot of "Minamdang: Case Note," revolves around a plethora of mysterious events that are happening to Han Joon (formerly a profiler) and his workmates, which is perfect for Seo In Guk.
To further add on the details, "Minamdang: Case Note" is going to revolve around the story of a suspicious café called Minamdang and the consumers that visit Minamdang. It is noted that the web drama will have more humor compared to its novel counterpart, giving an amazing premise if Seo In Guk accepts the role.
The coming drama will also be written by Park Hye Jin, who is famous for the drama entitled "Ruler: Master of the Mask" and the movie entitled "The Yellow Sea" a good pairing indeed for Seo In Guk.
