Before The Release Of ‘Alcohol-Free’, TWICE’s Jeongyeon Admitted That She Initially Disliked The Track
The Summer heat is on! JYP Entertainment's TWICE has finally released their comeback as they recently dropped their latest album, "Taste of Love," and the music video for their title track, "Alcohol-Free!"
To the delight of ONCEs, TWICE's latest title song once again, produced by Park Jin Young as the infamous 'JYP' whisper could be heard, is considered another hit as fans love the summer vibe and concept the music video and the song brings.
To the delight of most fans, TWICE's "Alcohol-Free" gives off summer vibes as it mentions multiple drinks (that are Alcohol-Free, of course), a vibrant summer feel, and the members of TWICE rocking bathing suits.
The choreography was immensely well done as dance from the swaying hips to the precise hand movements. Moreover, the Latin vibe is a breath of fresh air, and the chorus is something that will stick to fans the more they listen to TWICE's latest song, "Alcohol-Free."
As most fans loved TWICE's new song, one member in particular initially disliked it.
In a recent interview, TWICE's vocalist, Jeongyeon, shared her opinion on how she felt towards TWICE's latest song.
JYP Entertainment's TWICE was recently featured on SBS's "Power FM's Choi Junghwa Power Time" on the 14th of June as part of their promotion for their latest comeback. To the surprise of most fans and the MC, Jeongyeon shared that she was the only member of TWICE to dislike "Alcohol-Free" initially.
"I was the only one who thought that the song was not good. Out of all our comeback songs, I thought this was the most so-so. There is too much mention of alcoholic drinks and it did not really show TWICE's unique color," TWICE's Jeongyeon revealed.
To the delight of fans and the members of TWICE as well, "Alcohol-Free" became another hit, much like all of their title songs. Surely the song eventually grew on Jeongyeon as she killed her parts similar to the other members of TWICE.
