One's birthday is supposed to be filled with memories and joy, and happiness. But recently, BLACKPINK's main dancer and maknae, Lisa, did not have a good time on her birthday.

Recently on the 18th episode of "Youth With You 3," Liu Jun, one of the trainees on the show, shared that he found out of his father's unfortunate death while he was competing on "Youth With You 3."

When Liu Jun found out that he only got five votes for the show's third public performance, the trainee could not help but cry.

In his interview, Liu Jun shared that the song he performed was the last song his father knew that he would perform on the show.

Since this was the case, Liu Jun wanted to give his all on his performance. Liu Jun even questioned himself whether or not all he was doing was just a waste of time.

Maybe if he did not compete, he would have been on his father's side.

During the time his mentor, BLACKPINK Lisa, was told about the passing of Liu Jun's father, she comforted the trainee. At first, Lisa called Liu Jun a warrior, and that the BLACKPINK member can see how much effort he puts into his work.

BLACKPINK's Lisa then went on to share that during her birthday on the 27th of March, her grandfather passed away. Sharing this, the BLACKPINK member began to tear up. She went on to tell Liu Jun that the last time she met her grandfather was two years ago.

BLACKPINK's Lisa also regretfully mentioned that she never had a chance to say goodbye to her late grandfather.

As she was trying to help Liu Jun, BLACKPINK's Lisa told the trainee a positive message. The mentor said, "I feel that he will be with me forever, and your dad will be the same. Let us do this for our families."
