The official website of "Dragon Ball Super" has released the complete list of universes, the ranking and the Kaioshin, Gods of Destruction and Angels. Each universe has a Kaioshin, Angel, and God of Destruction.

Toei Animation has released the official list of universes. Herms98, a trusted "Dragon Ball Super" source has translated the same for us on Twitter.
Universe 1: This is the supreme universe and of the highest level. This universe is pardoned from participating in the tournament. Anato is the Kaioshin. This God of the universe has a gentle smile and has the highest mortal level.
Iwen is the God of Destruction of Universe 1. He has fangs and claws and looks like Lord Shiva. Awamo is the angel of Universe 1.
Universe 2: This is the kind universe and is placed at the sixth highest level. Peru is the Kaioshin and he works out to look fit. Jerez is the God of Destruction. Jerez hates ugly things. Meanwhile, Sour is the Angel of Universe 2.
Universe 3: The seventh highest-level universe is also spiritual in nature. Ea is the Kaioshin. Campahri is the Angel and, Mosco is the God of Destruction who looks like a robot.
Universe 4: The ninth highest-level and the most scheming universe of all. Kuru is the Kaioshin who is mindful of his position as a God. Meanwhile, Cognac is the angel and, Quitela is the God of Destruction.
Universe 5: This is a well-balanced universe and is the third highest in terms of level. Oguma is the Kaioshin who is a gentle God. Meanwhile, Arak is the God of Destruction and Cucatail is the Angel.
Universe 6: The lowest-level universe is the challenging one. The Kaioshin of Universe 6 is Fuwa and Champa is the God of Destruction. Vados is the Angel who is also Whis' older sister.
Universe 7: The second lowest-level universe and Shin is the Kaioshin. Beerus is the God of Destruction while Whis is the Angel.
Universe 8: This universe is not participating and is the industrious universe. Iru is the Kaioshin while Liquor is the God of Destruction. Korn is the assertive Angel of Universe 8.
Universe 9: The twelfth-highest level is the underhanded universe and Rou is the Kaioshin. Sidra is the God of Destruction while Mojito is the Angel.
Universe 10: The macho universe's Kaioshin is Gowasu and Rumoosh is the God of Destruction. Meanwhile, Kusu is the Angel.
Universe 11: This is the universe of justice and Kai is the Kaioshin of Universe 11. Marcarita is the Angel and Vermoud is the God of Destruction.
Universe 12: The ultimate universe and it is also pardoned from the tournament. Agu is the Kaioshin and, Geen is the God of Destruction. Meanwhile, Matinu is the Angel.
