‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 6 Spoilers: Regina Regrets Bringing Robin? Lana Parilla Teases Regina’s Heartbreak

Avid fans of the "Once Upon a Time" couple Regina (Lana Parrilla) and Robin (Sean Maguire) may have rejoiced when the said Wish Realm version of the deceased hero made it through the portal and into Storybrooke. However, Regina may soon regret her decision to bring him with her when she and Emma (Jennifer Morrison) escaped from the said world.

The midseason premiere of "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 featured several exciting plot developments that included Regina and Emma's return to their home, including the first fight between the Storybrooke savior and Gideon (Giles Matthey). Aired on March 5, the said episode also showed Regina introducing the Wish Realm Robin to Hook (Colin O'Donoghue), David (Josh Dallas), Henry (Jared S. Gilmore), Belle (Emilie de Ravin) and Rumple (Robert Carlyle).

Despite Regina's plan to hopefully live a happy life with the Wish Realm version of her beloved in Storybrooke, she will realize that the said Robin is very different from her deceased love. "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episode 12 spoilers posted on Spoilers Guide teased of Robin's darker side and Regina's growing frustration that her dream of finding love again with the said character may never happen.

Regina and Robin's first few days together at Storybrooke will be marked with a few complications. Apart from helping the Wish Realm Robin adjust to a modern life, Regina will learn more about his reprehensible ways. In an interview with TVLine, Lara Parrilla even described the Wish Realm Robin as a "scalawag."

The situation will be very confusing for Regina who sees a version of her deceased beau in the said character but with a different mindset. The actress stated, "He looks exactly like him ... [But] he isn't Robin Hood ... She actually puts him in Robin's clothes, and that just like melts her heart. She feels like she's reliving that relationship all over again, but not - so it's quite heartbreaking."

At this time, it is still unclear if Regina and the Wish Realm Robin's relationship will progress to a romantic level. However, given the said character's different personality, Regina might opt to find a way to get Robin back to his own world.
