Daniel Henney Donates To Children’s Hospital
Actor Daniel Henney proved he's a beautiful guy in and out when he decided to give away all of his appearance fees on MBC's "I Live Alone" to a children's hospital. Rapper Sean disclosed Thursday the actor's generous gesture to social media and praised him as a "fantastic hero." Sean also posted a photo of himself with the actor who lent his voice for a character in "Big Hero 6" and another photo of the "fantastic hero" whom he thanked a million for making the donation to Purme Children's Hospital.
"It also warmed my heart to see a mother filled with happiness after seeing her kid walk after receiving physical therapy. I will be an actor who shares love to create a warm society even in a small way," wrote Daniel Henney under the comment section of Sean's post. The 37-year-old actor was featured in MBC's entertainment program two months ago for episodes 186-187. He gave viewers a look of his house in L.A. where he stayed while filming "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders." It was also on this show when Daniel Henney revealed that he personally drives his housemaid thrice a week after seeing her struggling and sweating as she walked up the steep hill to his house.
The bachelor caught the love bug and advertised his ideal type of a woman after he confessed in a recent interview with MBC's "Section TV Entertainment Relay" that he's lonely and misses having a girlfriend. Daniel Henney prefers a "healthy and fun woman" who's "energetic and loves exercising."
Some other celebrities have also been spreading around love, especially for those in need. Singer-actress IU donated 10 million KRW to her alma mater as reports revealed that she's been donating annually to the school for the past two years. Hallyu star Lee Min Ho donated 50 million KRW to victims of domestic violence through his donation platform PROMIZ.
