Avril Lavigne And Chad Kroeger Are Back Together? Divorce Plans Won't Push Through?

At the pre-Grammy bash on Feb. 14, Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger triggered rumors about chucking out their divorce and reconciling as the split couple was spotted going to the red carpet event together.

The couple seems very much back together at least based on the pre-Grammy party pictures of loved-up pair, according to GossipCop.

After the party, the 31-year-old Canadian performer posted few selfies on Instagram with her husband Kroeger and captioning them, "Grammy party, feeling great. Lovely night."

The "Complicated" singer found herself in a very complicated relationship. In September last year, Avril Lavigne announced the divorce with Chad Kroeger during a post on Instagram where she wrote, "It is with heavy heart that Chad and I announce our separation today."

She also added, "Through not only the marriage, but the music as well, we've created many unforgettable moments. We are still, and forever will be, the best of friends, and will always care deeply for each other. To all our family, friends and fans, thank you sincerely for the support."

Prior to the divorce announcement, Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger were married for about two years. Reportedly, her struggle with Lyme disease which nearly cost the singer her life strained their relationship.

Couple fired up their reconciliation rumors when they seemed very happy on Valentine's Day at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy Gala in Beverly Hills. They posed on red carpet together and stunned photographers and fans.

In December last year, Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger have hinted that they might be getting back together when TMZ caught the two seemingly spending the night.

"The estranged couple left the Sunset Marquis together in WeHo, 3 months after announcing their separation," the article said.

"There are a few scenarios ... obviously they could have had a change of heart, or they took a page out of the Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin handbook."
