'Fuller House' Clip Released; Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen Excluded; Former Underwent Surgery To Look More Unique?
Amidst the excitement brought about by the upcoming "Fuller House" reboot, Ashley Olsen allegedly got plastic surgery so she would no longer look like her twin, Mary-Kate.
According to the Inquisitr, Ashley Olsen recently got a liquid facelift, a cosmetic procedure that was supposed to make her younger, despite the fact that she is only 29 years old.
Later on, it was learned that Ashley Olsen's alleged surgery had gone wrong and that she and Mary-Kate are reportedly hiding it from the public.
"Just before the holidays, Ashley underwent a simple filler procedure called a liquid facelift, but it went horribly wrong," an insider told the website. "It caused her face to swell, bruise and blacken. Ashley freaked out when she saw it. It was a nightmare."
"The 'Full House' alum learned that she had necrosis in which tissue dies because a lack of blood flow. If not treated quickly, necrosis can cause permanent damage, severe scarring and even blindness," the website added.
Rumors of a botched plastic surgery comes after "Fuller House" producer, Bob Boyett, confirmed that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are not reprising their role as Michelle Tanner in the "Full House" reboot.
"Ashley said, 'I have not been in front of a camera since I was 17 and I don't feel comfortable acting,'," Boyett told People Magazine. "Mary-Kate said, 'It would have to be me because Ash doesn't want to do it. But the timing is so bad for us.'"
Meanwhile, Netflix just dropped a new "Fuller House" featurette video on Youtube, where the cast talked about the long-awaited reunion.
"We are a family and we have been since we starting doing the show 28 years ago," Jodie Sweetin who will be reprising her role as Stephanie Tanner.
"It was kind of like we had never left," Andrea Barber said, who play the role of Kimmy Gibbler.
"Fuller House" premieres on Netflix, Feb. 26.
