There are rumors that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx's purported dating relationship may just have gotten more serious.

Did the two Hollywood stars just got engaged?

According to a report, rumors that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are engaged first sparked when they were spotted sporting matching rings.

"The 48-year-old actor wore what appeared to be at diamond wedding band to the Golden Globes," In Touch Weekly wrote. "While his rumored girlfriend, 37, spurred similar gossip by sporting a simple sparkler on her left hand to an event on Friday - she previously wore the elegant diamond ring to a party in December."

Amid rumors that they're engaged, it has also been reported that Jamie Foxx's 21-year-old daughter Corrine was purportedly spotted having lunch with Katie Holmes and her nine-year-old daughter with Tom Cruise, Suri.

"Katie and Suri [Cruise] and Corrine [Foxx] were all at the Honor Bar together having a girls day out," a source told Radar. "Corinne was so cute with Suri, and the three of them looked like they were having a lot of fun together."

"They were all so relaxed with each other, it seemed like they knew each other really well and spent time together before this day," the insider added.

Is the trio's girls' day out an indication that Holmes and Foxx could indeed be engaged?

Both camps are keeping mum about the issue.

In an interview with Oprah in 2013, Jamie Foxx admitted that he isn't one to talk about his romantic relationships. Apparently, the actor prefers to keep his lovelife private and away from the public eye.

"I can be in a monogamous relationship, but my motto is, whoever you date, don't let people know," Foxx said, as quoted by Life & Style.
