On the 3rd of June, Kang Daniel's agency KONNECT Entertainment made an announcement regarding their artist's health. As per the label, their K-Pop idol has gone on to cancel his appearance in today's episode of KBS' "Music Bank."
"On June 2 (Thursday), Kang Daniel visited the hospital as soon as the music show ended due to back pain, and as a result, he was diagnosed with a herniated disk, and the medical professional said that he needed to take plenty of rest," KONNECT Entertainment shared.

A herniated disk is a serious ailment. Usually, discs that become herniated usually are in an early stage of degeneration. Thus, it could lead to further complications if not treated well. KONNECT Entertainment did the right thing by making Kang Daniel take a break.
Though fans are saddened, they understand the situation and want Kang Daniel to rest so he can fully recover.
