GOT7 Breaks Own Record With Its Newest Album 'GOT7'

K-Pop boy group GOT7 set a new Initial Chodong record.

GOT7's new mini-album "GOT7," released on the 23rd, surpassed 371,500 copies in Initial Chodong sales, which is the album sales in a week as of the release date based on Hanteo Chart's tally.

As a result, GOT7 surpassed the Initial Chodong record of 270,000 copies recorded with the 4th full-length album "Breath of Love: Last Piece" released in November 2020, setting its own best record.

Earlier, GOT7 dominated the worldwide iTunes charts with the new album "GOT7." It has proved its worldwide popularity by becoming number one on the iTunes Top Albums chart in 95 countries and regions around the world, including Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Singapore. Moreover, the ex-JYP Entertainment boy group became the second K-pop artist to top the iTunes Top Albums chart in more than 90 countries and regions.

The title song "NANANA" is also gaining hot popularity both at home and abroad.
GOT7's "NANANA" took the top spot on the domestic music charts, followed by topping the iTunes Top Song Charts in 71 countries and regions, including Brazil, Colombia, India, and Spain.

GOT7's new album "GOT7" is leading the praise of listeners by clearly capturing the sincere message and special fan love of GOT7, who has taken a new step after leaving JYP Entertainment and establishing itself as a self-owned and self-producing group.

Meanwhile, GOT7 members resume their individual activities after a successful full-group activity with the new album "GOT7." Last weekend, Mark met his fans in Thailand with his three-day, sold-out fanmeet "PULL-UP." His fellow GOT7 member BamBam hosted the event.
