BTS To Make An Appearance At The White House, U.S. Senators Are Quarelling Over Invites

ARMYs are truly one of the vastest fandoms in K-Pop. The BTS fandom is made up of people of all ages and all walks of life. From humble students to high-sitting government officials, ARMYs are willing to fight tooth and nail to see their favorite K-Pop group.

On the 31st of May, BTS will be going to the White House to meet with U.S. President Joe Biden. The main reason for this is to talk about racial discrimination, anti-Asian hate crimes, and many more topics.

 

Evidently, BTS Jungkook was seen taking a flight at the Incheon International Airport on the 28th of May (KST). This is one day ahead of the other BTS members, to finish more work. As of writing this article, all the members of BTS have now safely landed on U.S. soil.

It comes to no one's surprise that ARMYs are excited about The White House event. But it seems like there are already ARMYs seated in the U.S. Congress. Notably, The Wallstreet Journal correspondent Natalie Andrews posted a tweet for U.S. Senator Mazie Hirono:

Senator Mazie Hirono thinks she is the only U.S. senator who knows BTS. But it seems like this is not the case as Senator Chris Coons responded to Andrews' tweet with a photo of BTS sitting on his desk.

 

Adorably, Senator Hirono swiftly asked Senator Coons who his bias in BTS is. As of writing this article, Senator Chris Coons has yet to reply to the question.
