The Million-Seller Club, Active K-Pop Groups Who Are The Best At Selling Albums

Though there are a plethora of K-Pop artists that have debuted through the years, only a handful are a part of the "million-seller" club. Members of this elite club are K-Pop groups that have sold over a million copies of various albums.

Though groups such as Seo Taiji and Boys and H.O.T. are also part of this club, this article will focus on K-Pop groups that are still active in the K-Pop industry.

Here are the active K-Pop groups that have become a member of the "million-seller" club:

NCT Dream

 

-"Hot Sauce" (2021) - 2,137,824 album sales

-"Glitch Mode" (2022) - 1,646,949 album sales

-"Hello Future" (2021) - 1,331,765 album sales

The most recent member of the "million-seller" club, NCT's sub-unit NCT Dream attained their first million album sales last year. The K-Pop group began seeing a million album sales in 2021 with their album "Hot Sauce" followed by "Hello Future" a couple of months later.

NCT 127

 

-"Favorite" (2021) - 2.4 million album sales

-"Sticker" (2021) - 2,152,399 album sales

-"Neo Zone" (2020) - 1,362,912 album sales

NCT 127 is another sub-unit from NCT that are a part of the "million-seller" club. Similar to NCT Dream, they also have three albums that sold more than one million copies.

-"Attacca" (2021) - 2,132,427 album sales

-"Your Choice" (2021) - 1,462,405 album sales

-"Heng:garæ" (2020) - 1,235,859 album sales

-"; [semicolon]" (2020) - 1,175,013 album sales

The first mentioned group from HYBE (currently), SEVENTEEN has sold more than a million copies with 4 different albums. The boy group's success was able to make their then-small label huge.

-"Love Yourself: Her" (2017) - 2,269,441 album sales

-"Love Yourself: Tear" (2018) - 2,258,016 album sales

-"Wings" (2016) - 2,215,617 album sales

HYBE's premiere K-Pop group and the top boy group in the world to date, BTS has sold one million copies with 7 albums.

EXO

 

-"Don't Mess Up My Tempo" (2018) - 1,967,290 album sales

-"The War" (2017) - 1,671,720 album sales

-"EXODUS" (2015) - 1,285,860 album sales

-"XOXO" (2013) - 1,269,063 album sales

-"EX'ACT" (2016) - 1,187,681 album sales

-"Don't Fight the Feeling" (2021) - 1,089,681 album sales

Another K-Pop group from SM Entertainment, EXO is known as the first K-Pop group to sell a million copies since 2001. They did so with their first full-length album "XOXO" in 2013.

g.o.d

 

-"Chapter 3: Lies" (2000) - 1,849,391 album sales

-"Chapter 4" Road" (2001) - 1.75 million album sales

Groove Over Dose (more popularly known as g.o.d) dominated South Korea in the early 2000s. The boy group's immense fame have allowed them to sell two albums that have categorized them as a part of the "million-seller" club twice.

Sechskies

 

-"School Byeolgok" (1997) - 1.2 million album sales

-"Special Album" (1998) - over one million album sales

Sechskies are known as one the idols that have made the idol fandom culture popular. Notably, Sechskies had a reunion in April 2016 and have signed with YG Entertainment, working with the label since.
