The Top K-Pop Artists From The Korean Ministry’s ‘2022 Global Hallyu Trends’ Ranking

Naming the top K-pop artists is a very tedious and subjective task yet the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange has recently done it with their "2022 Global Hallyu Trends" ranking.

Just recently, the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange just revealed their yearly "2022 Global Hallyu Trends" report and it showed which K-pop artists rank on top in terms of global popularity. 

Unsurprisingly, the members of the K-pop sensation BTS ranks on top with Jungkook leading the charge. Notably, BTS has topped the list every year since 2018, proving they have been the top K-pop artists for four straight years as per the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange's "2022 Global Hallyu Trends" report.

The Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's survey collates votes from a total of 18 countries. Notably, K-pop solo artists listed in the top 15 of the "2022 Global Hallyu Trends" have IU, PSY, BLACKPINK's Lisa, G-Dragon, and BTS' Jungkook, V, and Jimin.
