Earlier this week, on the 8th of December, YouTube Music dropped a playlist made of the top K-pop songs for this year. Did your favorite K-pop track make the top 10? Find out below.

IU's "Celebrity" and "LILAC"

IU released "Celebrity" and "LILAC" on the 27th of January and the 25th of March this year, respectively. Both from singles from her fifth Korean studio album, "LILAC." Both tracks were able to garner multiple achievements, such as getting music show wins and ranking high on numerous charts.

aespa's "Next Level"

SM Entertainment's aespa took the world by storm by dropping their digital single "Next Level" on the 17th of May earlier this year. Not only was aespa's "Next Level" a hit domestically, but it was also beloved internationally as well.

BTS's "Butter," "Dynamite," and "Permission to Dance"

BTS released a plethora of hit singles this year, to the delight of ARMYs. "Butter," "Dynamite," and "Permission to Dance," all released respectively on the 21st of May, the 21st of August, and the 9th of July this year, making BTS fans very happy.

Lim Young Woong's "My Starry Love"

Lim Young Woong released his digital single "My Starry Love" on the 9th of March. The single was a huge hit in Korea, evident during its long reign on the Gaon Digital Chart. The song debuted at the top of the Gaon Download Chart as well.

Brave Girls' "Rollin'"

Brave Girls rose to immediate fame with their 2017 hit "Rollin'"! Their song was released on the 7th of March, 2017, and it instantly catapulted the K-pop girl group to superstardom to the delight of their fans.

BLACKPINK's "Lovesick Girls"

BLACKPINK dropped "Lovesick Girls" on the 2nd of October last year as the title track of their first studio album entitled "THE ALBUM."

Oh My Girl's "Dun Dun Dance"

"Dun Dun Dance" of Oh My Girl was released on the 10th of May this year as the title track of their mini-album entitled "Dear OhMyGirl."!
