TXT Reveals How They Truly Feel About Being Labelled As The ‘4th-Generation It Boys’

As of writing this article, HYBE's (also known as Big Hit Entertainment) TXT is preparing for the release of a new version of TXT's title song entitled "0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)."

Prior to releasing their comeback, TXT was featured in a recent interview and pictorial for Dazed magazine. In the interview, TXT talked about their latest album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE," and they also revealed how they feel being referred to as the "4th-generation it boys" of K-pop.

Regarding their most recent album, the members of TXT shared that each member personally participated in producing the album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE." The album is made up of songs for which we personally wrote music and lyrics. We can confidently say that we put a great deal of effort into preparing this album."

Moreover, TXT expressed that the members were confident in "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" alongside their level of performance for their most recent comeback.

TXT noted, "We have always done this to a certain extent, but we are especially paying more attention to our performances for this round of promotions, and despite being serious about our performances, we are also trying to show ourselves having fun on stage. It is a comeback for which we are full of anticipation and excitement, without worries or nervousness."

In addition, TXT reacted to being called the "4th-generation it boys" of the K-pop industry.

"It is a title that is more than we deserve, and we are grateful for it. The idea that we are representing a generation makes me feel really proud, and it also makes me think that I need to work even harder," TXT's Soobin shared. 

On top of that, TXT's Huening Kai said that for him, it makes him feel like they are one step closer to achieving their goals. With that, TXT's Yeonjun added by noting that it gives him a certain thrill and it also makes him feel like he should work even harder.

TXT's Beomgyu and Taehyun concluded, "We need to work even harder for MOA (the fandom name of TXT) who gave us this kind of title," and "We'll work hard to keep that title," respectively.
