It's confirmed, Rosé will be performing her solo debut song for the first time at BLACKPINK's "THE SHOW" concert ahead of its official release.

Particularly, Rosé herself wanted to perform her solo debut song to her fans as she has not seen them in a long time. After careful consideration, YG Entertainment agreed that she would perform it at BLACKPINK's first-ever online concert.

The entertainment agency also teased fans after sharing some details about Rosé's solo debut.

"Rosé's solo song captures her sweet yet soulful vocals. It will definitely be different from BLACKPINK's existing music," shared YG Entertainment.

Moreover, BLACKPINK's agency, YG Entertainment, also released an official statement updating BLINKS about the status of Rosé's debut. According to their press release, the BLACKPINK member has already finished filming the music video for her solo debut, and her album will be released soon.

"Rosé has already completed the music video filming for the title song of her solo debut album in the middle of January. It is a music video with large-scale, worthy of it's high production cost, so we are doing our best to improve the level of completeness for it. We are planning to officially announce the album release schedule soon," announced YG Entertainment.

Fans are eagerly waiting for Rosé's solo debut for years now. Jennie was the first BLACKPINK member to go "Solo" in 2018. Aside from Rosé, Lisa, who is the youngest member and rapper of the group, is also preparing for her solo debut. Meanwhile, Jisoo is focusing on her acting career. She is currently busy in her first-ever lead K-drama role for "Snowdrop," which is slated to air during the first half of 2021.

Currently, the BLACKPINK members Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rosé, are working hard in preparation for their first-ever online live-stream concert "THE SHOW," which will be held on January 31st, at 2 pm KST.
