Blade & Soul NEO First Anniversary Update: 12-Player Raid and New Content Revealed
NCSOFT has launched its biggest update yet for Blade & Soul NEO, celebrating one year since the Korean server opened in October 2024. The "All in 1" update went live on October 22, 2025, bringing endgame raids and fresh challenges to the martial arts MMORPG.
First-Ever 12-Player Raid Arrives
The update introduces Black Skyscraper, marking the first 12-player raid in Blade & Soul's history. This maximum-difficulty content rewards players with Heroic-grade loot, including the Soul Stone of the Martial God and legendary equipment.
Players have been asking for large-scale raid content since launch, and NCSOFT delivered with this anniversary milestone.
Tower Updates and Boss Changes
The single-player Tower of the Martial God dungeon now features a new boss called Soyang-sang, requiring precise timing and pattern recognition to defeat. Meanwhile, the existing Yuksohn boss received a difficulty reduction to help newer players progress.
Anniversary Celebration Events
NCSOFT is giving all players eight Neo Coupons that unlock skill book transformation attempts. Players with enough synthesis history can even reach legendary-grade conversions.
Three major events are running simultaneously:
Anniversary Attendance Rewards - Daily check-ins grant commemorative coins for a prize wheel containing Golden Tickets and anniversary paintings. Complete the full collection to earn exclusive costumes.
Rotating Mini-Games - Two games alternate every other day. Wandering Troupe sends players hopping across stepping stones, while Qinggong Race tests aerial movement skills through obstacle courses. Both offer past event costumes as prizes.
Returning Player Missions - Special dungeon strategy events help lapsed players catch up with current content.
