Axl Rose Gets Cheeky About 'Confirming' Guns N' Roses Possible Reunion
The rumors about a Guns N' Roses reunion has intensified in recent months, and frontman Axl Rose just gave his answer.
On New Year's Eve, Axl Rose tweeted, "The only thing I know "confirmed" is my LOVE of Taco Bell! Mmmmm.... Taco Bell!! Happy New Years!!"
Fans hoping for any news about Guns N' Roses reunion are anticipating Axl Rose's appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live, originally scheduled for Tuesday.
But according to the Gunners fan site, the enigmatic rocker won't be making an appearance at Jimmy Kimmel's show.
"[There was] no reason given [for the change of plans]," the poster said, per Blabbermouth. "I sent out an email to someone connected with the band the answer I got back is that Axl will not be appearing in tomorrow night's show. Hopefully we'll hear more in the coming days, so I wouldn't get too discouraged. It's just not going to be on 'Kimmel' tomorrow night. That's all I know."
The main hurdle to the rumored reunion of Guns N' Roses is reportedly over as the original members solved their legal issues. Now the rumors about the rock band making an appearance on Coachella or Glastonbury are going on overdrive.
According to Brazilian journalist Jose Norberto Flesch, who gained the notoriety of being the first to break the news of concerts in Brazil, reportedly tweeted, "Heads up! The 'possible return of Guns' story is stronger now. I've heard that the legal issues have been solved. Now it's up to the band."
After Axl Rose and guitarist Slash settled their differences, "megabucks offers" are already coming for the band to perform at "two British festivals at Isle Of Wight and Download as part of their comeback tour," Loaded reported.
However, the rumor about Glastonbury being part of the Guns N' Roses reunion tour might not be true since it doesn't really feature rock bands and in fact, the organizers don't really pay too much for Axl Rose and Slash to be interested.
