Emma Roberts, Evan Peters Spotted ‘Not In The Best Of Moods’? Rings Help Her Survive Split?

After getting engaged which eventually resulted to breaking up, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters were recently spotted together in West Hollywood.

While some may have immediately jumped to the conclusion that they have finally rekindled their romance after calling their engagement off, Mail Online has observed something that might have just negated this.

"The two did not appear to be in the best of moods and there was no sign of any PDA," the report said.

The 24-year-old "Scream Queens" actress was wearing a black, sheer, slit up skirt which she paired with a denim jacket, while the 28-year-old "X-Men: Days of Future Past" actor was in brown trousers and blue sweatshirt.

The report noted that Evan Peters, who is Emma Roberts' former fiancé, "looked almost unrecognizable in his dyed black hair that was a stark contrast to his pale skin."

It can be recalled that it was in June last year when it was first reported that the former star of the Nickelodeon TV show "Unfabulous" and the actor of "Kick-Ass" had already called their engagement off.

According to the source of Just Jared, "Their three years together just ran its course."

It was revealed that the former couple, who both starred in two seasons of the FX series "American Horror Story," "started dating in 2012 and got engaged over the Christmas holiday in 2014."

In the meantime, Emma Roberts shared in the January 2016 issue of "Allure" magazine (via E! Online) a certain strategy that helped her survived her broken engagement with Evan Peters.

It was reported that by buying three gold rings, she moved on from the breakup especially that they serve as "a reminder to love yourself, and always know what you're worth."

When asked if they are still hanging out together, she responded by saying, "I don't want to talk about that."
