Shakira And Gerard Pique Get Romantic In Paris With Baby Boy Milan And Sasha
Shakira and Gerard Pique got romantic right before the end of 2015 in Paris. Being new parents, they chose not to leave behind their baby boys Milan and Sasha as they walked the streets of Paris.
According to Daily Mail, "Shakira and her partner Gerard Piqué bundled up in matching black to spend Christmas evening in Paris with their eldest son Milan and friends. The Barcelona-based couple share a February 2 birthday but, at 38, the Colombian pop diva is a decade older than the Spanish soccer star. At one point, Shakira squatted down to dote on her adorable boy - who turns 2 next month - cloaked in a hooded winter coat in his pram."
Sounds like the start to 2016 was also wholesome and beautiful for Shakira and Gerard.
But Shakira may be spreading herself a little too thin with all her charitable and family engagements. While Shakira has made it clear that she is working on her new album, with Gerard Pique, her baby boy Milan and Sasha vying for her attention, the singer may have a hard time focusing on her music.
According to Voice Observer, "Shakira announced on Dec. 4 the opening of new education centers in Cartagena, Colombia, made possible through her partnership with Primero lo Primero. With the partnership, the singer hopes to build 13 new early childhood development centers in a variety of areas in Colombia to serve nearly 6,000 children."
This hasn't been her only charity work. She also responded to responded to Mark Zuckerberg donation with a letter of their own. As Shakira has also been doing a lot of charitable work after the birth of her two baby boys Milan and Sasha, she and Gerard Pique must feel a special attachment to the new parents.
According to Billboard, "Shakira and her partner Gerard Piqué congratulated Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan on the birth of their daughter Max and the launch of their Chan Zuckerberg Initiative."
A part of the letter read, "Your commitment to making the world a better place than you found it, and to empowering everyone to help make that a reality through all the tools you've listed here, education for all being one of them, show that success, when shared, has a multiplier effect [...] Thanks for your generosity."
But some skeptics are saying that this is just "Waka Waka" singer riding on the trending feed of Mark Zuckerberg to gain more attention to her work and career. That's a rather cynical way of reading the letter!
