Khloe Kardashian And James Harden PDA Filmed By A Fan; Couple Shuts Down Split Rumors
Khloe Kardashian and James Harden had a PDA moment last New Year's Eve that was filmed by a fan. Hollywood Life reported about the circulating video, which made it seem like the celebrity couple wanted to shut down rumors that they recently split.
According to the source cited above, the affectionate display took place at a nightclub in Houston, where the NBA star lives. Even though the clip was not very clear, Khloe Kardashian and James Harden were both recognizable as they cuddled and kissed each other to welcome 2016.
News of the New Year's Eve sighting came out after amid recent rumors that the two have broken up. Insiders revealed to OK! Magazine that it was James Harden who ended the relationship, allegedly because of all the drama surrounding the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and her estranged husband, Lamar Odom. After the latter had a near-fatal drug overdose last October, TV star's decision to put their high-profile divorce on hold has supposedly been causing James Harden a lot of stress.
"It was too much for him," the insider claimed. "The media scrutiny, her family's meddling and her mood swings drove him over the edge."
The Houston Rockets shooting guard allegedly even agreed to still go on casual dates with Khloe Kardashian.
"He told her they can still hook up, but anything serious is off the table," the insider said.
However, other sources have insisted that Khloe Kardashian and James Harden are still happy together. According to a report from People, the youngest Kardashian sister even flies to Houston to spend time with her basketball star beau.
"They are still together and having fun," a source said, adding that the two are committed to making things work amid drama concerning Lamar Odom and all the attention from media.
"It hasn't been easy," the source admitted. "James obviously has wanted to see her more and be with her in [Texas] more, but she's felt like she needed to stay in L.A. to be with her family and to deal with Lamar stuff."
Regardless of the split rumors, fans believe that Khloe Kardashian and James Harden are still very much together.
