The promo on ABC showed basketball player Kobe Bryant, leading to specualtions that the new "Deadpool" movie trailer will air during the Clippers Vs. Lakers game at 10:30 PM PST via ESPN, sources stated.
Furthermore, speculations by media outlets state that the upcoming trailer is a part of a prolific social media campaign to market the anti-hero. The people behind the film seem to be creating quite a hype, but with that comes the high expectations on the part of the fans come its premiere, cited ScreenRant.
Ryan Reynolds, who will play the titular role, is said to be promoting "Deadpool" via his official Twitter account, too.
This isn't the first time that "Deadpool" will appear in films as he has appeared in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" in the past. However, in the new film, Deadpool will be depicted differently as was confirmed in previous reports, and how he is being marketed as "the merc with a mouth."
The cast and crew of the film has ended the rather long production, according to sources, and the movie is slated for theatrical release on February 12, 2016.
