Kim Yoon Jin Reports The Burden Of Her “Thriller Queen” Title
It wasn't long after when she made her first silver screen appearance as Lee Myung Hyun in "Shiri", an action thriller that displayed her acting prowess and flair for the exciting and nail-biting tone.
Since then, Kim Yoon Jin has portrayed a wide range of roles and amassed several successful thrillers to her record. Her performances in drama-thrillers and suspense-thrillers such as "Seven Days", "The Neighbors" and the K-drama "Miss Ma, Nemesis" further affirmed her renown in the suspenseful genre.
According to the interview, she said that she enjoys the thriller genre. When choosing projects, she still believes the scenario is the most important aspect of making a decision but, personally, she likes to choose thrillers.

Her passion for the genre might also explain the unique presence the actress radiates whenever she performs in a thriller because it's a style she's fond of. Although, she shared that she still feels burdened by the reputation associated with her.
"I don't know when, but I think there will be a day when I will accept the modifier "Queen of Thrillers," she expressed to Wikitree.
No time for a cliff-hanger
Kim Yoon Jin will get to fulfill her inclination once again when she stars in the upcoming crime-thriller film, "Confession". She takes on the role of lawyer Yang Shin Ae, an exceptional attorney with a 100 percent winning rate.
Yang Shin Ae gets to test her mettle as she is hired by tech CEO Yoo Min Ho (portrayed by So Ji Sun) to defend him after he was accused of being the prime suspect in a sealed-room murder case that involves Kim Se Hee (portrayed by Nana).
