LAPILLUS’ Haeun Slated To Become One Of The Youngest K-Pop Artists To Ever Debut
MLD Entertainment's LAPILLUS is their first girl group since debuting MOMOLAND six years ago. The rookie artists will be made up of the six members: Shana, Haeun, Seowon, Yue, Chanty, and Bessie.
Recently, fans were recently shocked after finding something out about the group's maknae.
Just recently, an introduction video of LAPILLUS' Haeun was posted on the girl group's official YouTube channel.
In the video, Haeun introduced herself as the "brightest little girl in LAPILLUS." The soon-to-be idol added that she is a girl who enjoys eating and talking. Haeun also revealed that she has lots of swag as soon as hip-hop music plays.
LAPILLUS's Haeun also added that she is interested in making her own choreography. At the end of the introduction video, the idol asks fans to anticipate the debut of her girl group LAPILLUS.
Though Haeun shared in the video that she's already 15 years old, she's only 13 years old by international age. This makes her one of the youngest K-Pop idols to ever debut in the industry. Haeun was born on the 2nd of November, 2008.
Haeun was first introduced as a LAPILLUS member on the 23rd of May at midnight KST. She was revealed alongside Nonaka Shana.
Not much information is known yet about Haeun, apart from her having the zodiac sign Scorpio and being a Korean. But more details will be released soon as LAPILLUS is set to debut on the 20th of June.
It should be known that the only other K-Pop idols who debuted when they were just 13 years old (in terms of international age) were soloist BoA and APRIL's Jinsol. Due to this, fans are worried about the implications this sets in the industry.
