"Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade" will be launched next year, according to PC Gamer.

"Warhammer 40k" has a lot of spinoff games with different genres and this time around, the game developers wanted to try out MMO game. "Eternal Crusade" has been in development for a while now, which Behavior Studios announced some time ago. The studio had the intention of making a "Warhammer 40k" MMO game with a gameplay of third-person combat. The game has been in closed beta since September to test out the gameplay.

A new gameplay trailer has been released which showcases the Promethium map. This map is available in the game's closed alpha and player should buy a Founder's Pack to participate, according to VG247. Here's the gameplay video below.

The new "Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade" MMO game promises to be different. It will have a Planetside-style gameplay which will feature a lot of battles. These battles will have a lot of combatants on both sides, according to PC Games N. The game will have equal focus on ranged and melee combat. There is no storytelling feature in this game.

The game will focus more on the PvP battles and PVE horde events. A player will be able to stock up on missions and then choose a battleground to complete them. There will be no need to level up, but instead players will gain access to new equipment.

"Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade" is quite going well on the PC, but it is still not making use of the full abilities of the PlayStation 4 or the Xbox One, according Gameranx. The trailer showcases a mix of cinematic cutscenes and the gameplay. For what the game site describes, the two parts look the same and cannot be distinguished from each other. It is still not the final product though and it will be subject to change.
