Chris Brown And Rihanna's New Song 'Counterfeit' Released; Latter Still Hung Up On Ex?
Chris Brown released a new remix song featuring his ex-girlfriend and singer, Rihanna.
The former couple reunites for a new song titled "Counterfeit" that was launched on Nov. 27, and also featured Kelly Rowland and Wiz Khlaifa.
A source revealed that, "Rihanna wanted to be featured on Chris' new album and do a collaboration with him," according to Hollywood Life. "She'd be hurt if she wasn't," the source added.
Along with the new song, a remix titled "Before the party" was released, which Chris Brown has been hinting on Twitter to his fans. The new album is composed of 34 tracks including songs by Wiz Khalifa, French Montana, Fetty Wap and Rihanna, according to Economic Times.
Chris Brown and Rihanna's new song in the mix tape was already recorded long before its release. "That song is really a previously recorded unreleased single that was revamped and remastered," a source said, according to Urban Islandz.
"This doesn't mean that they are banging again and besides they are still friends who have love for each other so nothing wrong with them working together," the source added.
Chris Brown and Rihanna also sang together in songs like, "Nobody's Business" and "Bad Girl." Another song also was mistakenly released online titled "Put It Up" and was supposedly included in Chris Brown's album "X" in 2014 however, it was removed after their break up, according to International Business Times.
Rihanna is set to release her new album "Anti" and a world tour that will kick-off in February 2016 while Chris Brown's new album "Royalty" will be up on Dec.18 and is rumored to feature their daughter, Royalty in his album.
As of the moment, Rihanna is currently dating rapper, Travis Scott however, she's been missing her ex-boyfriend especially when she saw Chris Brown's Instagram post giving Turkeys on Thanksgiving.
"Rihanna still follows Chris' every move," a source said according to Headlines & Global News. "She Instagram stalks him and seeing him giving out Thanksgiving turkeys really warms her heart," the source added.
The source said that, Rihanna finds Chris Brown gesture sweet and it drives her crazy, which makes her miss him. The source also shared that Rihanna and Chris Brown spent many Holidays together that makes her reminisce their good memories as couples especially their cuddling moments.
