Netizens and K-pop fans think "Still Life" is BIGBANG's farewell to them and speculations have come up that the K-pop boy group could disband after the release. Due to this, one detail in the song was possibly noticed by fans; the voice of Seungri.

Not long after the song's release, listeners claimed to recognize Seungi's voice in BIGBANG's "Still Life." Notably, fans believe Seungri's voice could be heard in the vocals at the 1:10 minute mark of the new track.
During the aforementioned part, BIGBANG's T.O.P is singing the line "With the morning dew, burying my anger in the past / For Life" and it is assumed that Seungri's voice can possibly be heard in the backing tracks singing in falsetto, "So nostalgic, so nostalgic."

Furthermore, the rumors that Seungri was part of BIGBANG's song were reinforced when Genius posted "Still Life" lyrics and noted that both T.O.P and Seungri sang the second verse. But as of writing this article, Seungri's was removed.
