Vitamin A

Eyes have become synonymous with objects that must be carefully protected. Today, we are going to focus on "what helps" rather than "what not to do" to protect your eyes.

Here are 5 nutrients to keep your eyes healthy!

Vitamin A

Vitamin A helps when your eyes are dry and dull. Vitamin A maintains eyesight and prevents dry eye syndrome. If it is insufficient, various eye diseases such as dry eye syndrome, conjunctivitis, night blindness, and loss of vision can occur.

It can be obtained in the form of beta-carotene by eating green-yellow vegetables, or through the animal liver or egg yolk. Of course, excessive consumption causes side effects. It should be consumed on a regular basis in accordance with the recommended daily amount. Supplements like the Evergreen 7 in 1 Vision Eye contains vitamin A, among many other nutrients that are great for maintaining eye health.

B Vitamins and Anthocyanins

If you feel tired easily, you need B vitamins and anthocyanins. B vitamins help to generate energy, relieve stress, and relieve fatigue. Beans, eggs, mushrooms, etc. Anthocyanins, which help relieve eye fatigue and improve eyesight, are found in various berries and black beans. These two nutrients are difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts with a normal diet, so it is recommended to acquire them through nutritional supplements.  Nutridom's Acai 7 contains anthocyanins that are effective in eliminating eye fatigue and improving eyesight.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is effective in preventing cataracts. According to a study conducted by Dr. Astrid Fletcher's research team in the UK, a high intake of vitamin C could reduce the risk of cataracts by 39% compared to those who ate less. Vitamin C removes free radicals that cause cataracts and presbyopia to keep the lens transparent and prevent aging. Peppers and paprika can meet the recommended daily intake of 100g per day. Preser Vision is a supplement is an eye vitamin and mineral supplement which can help prevent glaucoma and cataracts.

Omega 3

When dry eye syndrome occurs, tears evaporate easily and become stiff. A helpful nutrient is omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are nutrients that make up the fat layer of tears and help lubricate the eyelids and prevent the evaporation of tears. It is known to help prevent high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, and retinal disease by lowering cholesterol levels.
