‘I Challenged Myself To Become An Idol’, Why NMIXX’s Sullyoon & Jinni Decided To Become K-Pop Stars!
From being wide-eyed kids to becoming up-and-coming K-pop idols, NMIXX's very own Sullyoon and Jinni spill the tea on what made them decide to be K-pop stars.
Just recently, NMIXX members Sullyoon and Jinni went on to decorate some polaroids with one another while answering questions that their K-pop fans, the beloved NSWERs, were excited to hear.
In the middle of doing their task, Sullyoon asked Jinni how she decided to start her career in K-Pop. Sullyoon asked her fellow NMIXX member, "What made you decide on a career as a singer?"
As per Jinni, her passion for K-pop all began in dance. The rookie K-pop star's cousin used to attend a dance academy, which made her decide that she enjoyed dancing as well. Jinnie then watched K-pop idols on TV and dreamed of becoming one herself.
NMIXX's Jinni revealed, "My cousin was going to a dance academy, and I suddenly wanted to dance too. Since then, I challenged myself to become an idol. I wanted to come out on TV like that!"
After Jinnie, NMIXX's Sullyoon then shared her reason, noting that she was more interested in singing. It was revealed that the K-pop idol was the vocalist of ger band and her experience in music made her decide to pursue a career in K-pop.
"When I was in 6th grade in elementary school, I was the vocalist of a band. As I stood on stage, my interest grew," NMIXX's Sullyoon shared.
Later on, both NMIXX's Jinni and Sullyoon went on to enter JYP Entertainment and made the lineup for the company's more recent K-pop girl group, NMIXX. Furthermore, although NMIXX just debuted, the members are already making waves all across the K-pop industry.
