Electronics giant Samsung will be having another Galaxy launch event to reveal their latest midrange and budget phones that are coming out this year. The new phones are set to be more affordable models that have essential features for its budget prices.

Samsung has not revealed which A-series phones they will release in their online event, which is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET the 17th of March. Notably, Samsung already dropped their flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 in February and the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE earlier in January.

Due to this, people expected midrange and budget phones at Samsung's Galaxy A event, which is set to be broadcasted on Samsung's website and YouTube channel

Based on 2021's A-series launch event, Samsung is expected to make follow ups to their popular Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 phones. But only the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G had 5G connectivity, which means that that could be the upgrade that is on the 2022 models.

Some rumors have suggested that the Galaxy A53 will have only small changes, which include a quad-rear camera and 32MP selfie cam. Samsung's event teaser image though does not give any hints.

In Samsung's teaser image, there are seven 'A' letters, which could mean the debut of seven A-series phones, but Samsung previously revealed only four during their 2021 event. But the company could throw a curveball and surprise fans.
