The members of JYP Entertainment's NMIXX proved that they are a force to be reckoned with as the rookie K-pop girl group did amazing covers on this week's "Weekly Idol"!
NMIXX's very first variety show appearance on "Weekly Idol" was absolutely amazing as the K-pop girl group, who recently made their debut, were featured as guests on the 23rd of February episode of MBC's "Weekly Idol."
Adding to this, aside from getting to know each NMIXX member to some extent, the K-pop girl group went on to perform their debut track "O.O" for the first time on TV. Further hyping up fans, the JYP Entertainment rookie K-pop girl group also did amazing covers of popular tracks.
During the "Weekly Idol" "Weekly Playlist" part, NMIXX performed a special medley consisting of dance covers on JYP artists. The K-pop girl group went on to perform the choreographies of Stray Kids' "Thunderous," Miss A's "Touch," ITZY's "Not Shy," and even TWICE's "Cheer Up."
But that is not all as a fan requested NMIXX's Jinni, Jiwoo, and Kyujin to dance to Girls' Generation's hit song "Gee." Notably, the Ji-Ji-Jin trio (the nickname of the K-pop idols) did a quick yet amazing dance cover of the song for their fans.
NMIXX's Lily and Haewon also flexed their vocals as the two K-pop idols did an a cappella duet version of Naomi Scott's "Speechless," leaving fans speechless once again. Lastly, in a deleted clip, Sullyoon performed her pre-debut cover of Sunmi's "Full Moon."
