As of writing this article, yesterday on the 31st of January, JYP Entertainment's TWICE has gone on to catch up with BTS with their new achievement on Line Music, one of the most popular music streaming platforms in Japan.

TWICE's recent achievement relates to the K-pop girl group's cumulative number of followers gained on Japan's Line Music.

More specifically, TWICE's followers on Line Music have gone beyond one million as of the 31st of January. This is an important milestone for the K-pop girl group as local artists from Japan are having a hard time reaching this number of followers on Line Music.

Furthermore, now that JYP Entertainment's TWICE have gone beyond one million followers on Line Music, the K-pop girl group has now become the first female foreign artist and first female K-pop act ever in history to reach this milestone.

Adding to this, JYP Entertainment's TWICE is now the second K-pop artist and second international artist to do this, beyond BTS!

As TWICE is the second K-pop artist to do this behind BTS in terms of reaching one million followers on Line Music, JYP Entertainment's K-pop girl group is actually leading in the past years in terms of collecting followers.

Notably, TWICE is the first K-pop artist and girl group in history to have ever reached 500,000, 600,000, 700,000, 800,000, 900,000, and 950,000 followers on the Japanese music streaming application Line Music!

Congratulations to TWICE on their amazing milestone on Line Music!
