aespa’s Karina, Red Velvet’s Wendy, & More, Netizens & Fans Name The ‘Vocal Queens of K-Pop’!

A recent poll from Top Star News asked netizens and fans to vote for their picks on who they believe are the vocal queens of K-pop.

Ranging from the 2nd up until the 8th of December, the media outlet was able to garner 326,170 votes for the poll titled "Who are the best K-pop vocal kings and queens in Korea?".

Starting off the top three is Secret Number's very own main vocalist Minji. The Secret Number member was able to garner 23,890 votes. Minji also has her own YouTube channel where she posts covers, and she also sang the OST for the drama "Triple Some 2"!

Placing second on the list is Kep1er member and former CLC member Choi Yujin. In CLC, Yujin was the lead dancer, sub-vocalist, sub-rapper, visual, and center, but fans were enchanted with her sweet vocals. Now in Kep1er, she is the leader, but her main position is not yet disclosed.

On top of the list and dubbed by fans and netizens to be the "Vocal Queen of K-pop" is aespa's leader Karina, as she garnered 109,300 votes. Karina is not the main vocalist of aespa, but her vocals, alongside her dancing ability and rapping skills, prove how proficient she is at being an idol.

Notably, aespa's maknae and main vocalist Ningning was able to rank in fourth place in the poll, receiving 18,350 votes.
