BLACKPINK, NCT 127, BTS, ITZY, TXT, & aespa Reaches High On Billboard’s World Albums Chart!
BLINKs, NCTzens, ARMYs, MIDZYs, MYs, and MOAs recently got good news as their favorite K-pop artists did well for Billboard's World Albums chart for this week!
Just recently, Billboard has revealed its World Albums chart for the week ending on the 23rd of October.
The members of YG Entertainment's BLACKPINK struck gold as "THE ALBUM" ranked 10th place in its 54th week on the popular World Albums chart.
TXT's album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" went up to number 8 in its 20th week, extending its personal record as the longest-charting K-pop album of this year. TXT's "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" also once again entered Billboard's Tastemaker Albums chart at the 2nd spot this week.
JYP Entertainment's ITZY's first studio album entitled "CRAZY IN LOVE" remained powerful at 6th place in its third consecutive week on the famous chart.
TXT's labelmate, BTS, once again ran rampant on the chart as the group had five albums on this week's World Albums chart!
The BTS albums were "Map of the Soul: 7" remaining at the 5th spot, "BE" at number 9, "Love Yourself: Tear" placing 11th, "Love Yourself: Her" on the 12th place, and "Love Yourself: Answer" at 14th overall!
Furthermore, NCT 127's latest studio album entitled "Sticker" placed 4th on the World Albums chart this week. NCT 127's "Sticker" additionally spent its fourth week on the Billboard 200, making it only the second K-pop album of this year to reach this achievement.
SM Entertainment's aespa then stayed strong as their mini-album "Savage" reached 1st place on this week's World Albums chart.
"Savage" also made its debut at number 1 on Billboard's Independent Albums this week, in addition to entering the Billboard 200 at the 20th spot and the Top Album Sales chart at the 2nd spot!
