Jo Yuri Is The Second IZ*ONE Member To Make Her Solo Debut
Former IZ*ONE member Jo Yuri is making her solo debut and WIZ*ONEs are excited!
Jo Yuri's agency WAKEONE Entertainment announced that the former IZ*ONE member is dropping her first solo single "Glassy" on October 7.
"'Glassy' will colorfully capture the charm of Jo Yuri who is taking the first step from being the main vocalist of the girl group IZ*ONE to a solo artist," WAKEONE Entertainment shared.
Along with the announcement, WAKEONE Entertainment released a teaser photo of Jo Yuri donned in a blue Cinderella dress while holding a glass slipper in her hand.
"Glassy" is described as a dance-pop track with a lively and catchy melody topped with Jo Yuri's charming voice.
WAKEONE Entertainment has also released the schedule leading towards Jo yuri's official solo debut.
According to the schedule, the countdown for Jo Yuri's solo debut will start on September 26 where her first visual photo teaser will be released. Jo Yuri's second visual photo teaser will be released on September 27 alongside the opening of the pre-orders for her first single album "GLASSY." Three more visual photo teasers will be released from September 28 to 30.
On October 1, Jo Yuri is scheduled to drop the tracklist for her first solo album. Meanwhile, the visual film and album highlight medley is scheduled to be released on October 2 and 3, respectively. The first music teaser for "GLASSY" is set to be released on October 4 while the second one is scheduled for October 6.

Alongside the release of her first solo album "GLASSY" on October 7, Jo Yuri will also be having a fan showcase.
In other news, the former IZ*ONE member recently released a duet track "Autumn Box" alongside Lee Seok Hoon of SG Wannabe. Upon its release on September 23, Jo Yuri's duet track "Autumn Box" landed at the top of the Bugs real-time chart.
