Lee Dong Wook Is Returning To The Small Screen With New Drama This November
Watch out K-Drama fans! Lee Dong Wook is returning to the small screen with a new drama very soon!
The cast for the upcoming tvN drama "Bad and Crazy" has been confirmed and we are all excited.
Leading the cast for "Bad and Crazy" is no other than Lee Dong Wook. The 39-year-old A-list actor is chosen to take on the role of Soo Yeol who is a senior police inspector at a regional police station. Lee Dong Wook's character Soo Yeol is best described as a character who is materialistic with no other goal but to become successful by any means possible. He is competent but also "bad."
Soo Yeol's goals and views in life changed, however, when his hidden persona named "K" awakens inside him. Taking on the role of K is actor Wi Ha Joon. K's goal is to bring justice to a world full of misdeeds.
On the other hand, actress Han Ji Eun will star as police lieutenant Hee Kyeom who came from a wealthy background but is considered the "black sheep" of the family. Meanwhile, VIXX's N is cast to take on the role of a police officer.
Lee Dong Wook's comeback drama is scheduled to air on November 19 and will run for 12 episodes. You can watch "Bad and Crazy" on tvN every Friday and Saturday every 9:50 PM KST.
The action-fantasy drama "Bad and Crazy" will be directed by Yoo Sun Dong and will be written by Kim Sae Bom. The two have previously worked together for the hit drama "The Uncanny Counter" therefore increasing expectations.
"With the casting of actors Lee Dong Wook, Wi Ha Joon, and Han Ji Eun, we are proud of the creation of a unique hero and an exciting justice action drama that we have never seen before," the production team of tvN's "Bad and Crazy" said.
