Check Out The Updates About Nam Joo Hyuk’s Upcoming Drama ‘Twenty-Five Twenty-One’
Previously, various reports point out that "Start-Up" actor Nam Joo Hyuk is returning to the small screen with the upcoming tvN drama, "Twenty-Five Twenty-One."
Scheduled to premiere within the end of the year, "Twenty-Five Twenty-One" is reportedly starring Nam Joo Hyuk alongside Kim Tae Ri, WJSN's Bona, and "Racket Boys" actor Choi Hyun Wook.
Nam Joo Hyuk is said to take on the role of Baek Yi Jin who is a UBS sports reporter. He meets fencing prodigy and gold medalist Na Hee Do while covering the Asian Games. Na Hee Do will is said to be played by Kim Tae Ri.
On the other hand, WJSN's Bona is confirmed to portray the role of Go Yoo Rim who is Na Hee Do's main rival. Bona's Go Yoo Rim is also a national fencing team athlete whose ultimate goal is to secure an Olympic gold medal.
Just today reports stated that actor Choi Hyun Wook is cast to play the role of Moon Ji Woong who is a student at Taeyang High School.
Aside from the four reported cast members, no one else is confirmed to take part in the drama as of the moment.
According to tvN, "Twenty-Five, Twenty-One" is scheduled to premiere on December 27. It will be directed by Jung Ji Hyun who is behind a variety of successful dramas including "Search: WWW," "The King: Eternal Monarch," and "You Are My Spring." Director Jung Ji Hyun will be working alongside screenwriter Kwon Do Eun.
"Twenty-Five, Twenty-One" is expected to span 16 episodes which will run for 1 hour 10 minutes each. Nam Joo Hyuk's upcoming drama is scheduled to air every Monday and Tuesday on tvN.
