5 Wins Straight For ‘Hot Sauce’ On KBS’ Music Bank? NCT DREAM’s Domination Continues
Previously on the 10th of May, one of SM Entertainment's NCT's sub-group, NCT DREAM, released their recent comeback with their album "Hot Sauce." NCT DREAM's album, "Hot Sauce," has 10 songs and the title song being the track of the same name, "Hot Sauce."
NCT Dream is the third subunit of the K-pop boy group NCT. The NCT sub-unit consists of 7 members. The 7 members are Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Chenle, Jaemin and Jisung. NCT Dream debuted on the 24th of August in 2016 under SM Entertainment.
Just before the release of "Hot Sauce," NCT DREAM already broke their own record in pre-orders. That is how much NCTzens (the fandom name of NCT) give their support to their favorite K-pop group.
In addition, it is NCT DREAM's first comeback with NCT's Mark as he previously 'graduated' from NCT DREAM before. Due to popular demand from fans, SM Entertainment had to reinstate NCT's Mark as a member and leader of NCT DREAM.
Since the release of "Hot Sauce," the track has won NCT DREAM a plethora of awards, topping multiple charts, and taking the No. 1 on SBS's "Inkigayo" for four consecutive times. Recently, NCT DREAM received their 5th win on KBS' "Music Bank" and NCTzens were again given a chance to celebrate
As of writing this article, yesterday on the 25th of May, KBS' "Music Bank" dropped their winner who attained their #1 spot for May's third week.
Unfortunately, the 21st of May episode of KBS' "Music Bank" did not push through due to a staff member becoming diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus just a day prior to the release of the results.
The No. 1 spot belongs to NCT DREAM's hit title track, "Hot Sauce." NCT Dream was able to garner 10,607 points with their latest song.
The K-pop group who was placed 2nd was Brave Girls with their late bloomer song, "Rollin'" which garnered 3,975 points.
Oh My Girl's "Dun Dun Dance" was placed No. 3 with 3,835 points.
