Coldplay's new album is coming this Dec. 4 which will be titled as "A Head Full of Dreams," according to Pitchfork.

Coldplay is a British rock band that was formed way back in 1996. Chris Martin and Johnny Buckland formed the band then were joined by Guy Berryman and Will Champion. The band achieved worldwide fame after they released the single titled "Yellow" in 2000 which was followed by a debut of their album called "Parachutes." Since then they have become very popular and have launched albums and hit singles.

Martin has given clues to the fans that the new album of their band titled "A Head Full of Dreams" will have a sound like a cross between Oasis and Drake, according to the Independent. Coldplay's new album will be a hippie type which will be about love and acceptance, and embracing what happens.

"We wanted to marry all the music that we love, from Drake to Oasis," answered Martin in an interview with Rolling Stone. "There was a feeling that we don't have anything to lose."

"We're very comfortable now with the fact that we're not for everybody," continued Martin. "All of our records were a journey to get to this one."

In the past, Martin had given a hint that this might be the "final" Coldplay album, but now he has taken back that comment. He said that he has no idea what will happen in the future. They might even make another record next time. Also, he assured that they are not splitting up, according to Rolling Stone.

This weekend, Coldplay has played some of their brand new songs from their new album, which was played in a live concert from Los Angeles. The concert was livestreamed for the benefit of their global audience. They played songs like "A Head Full of Dreams," "Amazing Day" and "Up&Up," according to Spin.
