K-Pop In 2021: Line-Up Of Album Launches, Comebacks, New Releases, And More Revealed!
There are new K-Pop groups to launch this 2021. Leading South Korean media outlet EDAILY has reported the globe's biggest entertainment companies in K-Pop -- YG Entertainment, Big Hit Entertainment, SM Entertainment, and JYP Entertainment -- are unveiling new K-Pop groups this year.
YG Entertainment, the management of BLACKPINK and BigHit Entertainment where BTS and Lee Hyun plus many artists are, will launch new girl groups in 2021.
Meanwhile, JYP Entertainment will launch two upcoming rookie boy groups, one in Korea and another in China.
There will be a new boy group that will have their own creative universe different from NCT's universe within SM Entertainment.
New releases, comebacks, and albums for 2021 have also been revealed.
Full-length albums
YG Entertainment's TREASURE will launch their first full-length album titled "THE FIRST STEP: TREASURE EFFECT" this January 11th. On the other hand, Starship Entertainment's CRAVITY will debut their seven-track album, "SEASON 3 HIDEOUT: BE OUR VOICE," on January 19th.
Girl bands ITZY and (G)I-DLE are now gearing up for their comebacks. ITZY will have their "Not Shy" English version launched on January 22nd, while (G)I-DLE is sure going to wow the fans with "I Burn" on January 11th.
K-Pop girl group SATURDAY, meanwhile, will return with their single album "Only You" on January 22nd.
New K-Pop groups
T1419, the junior of MOMOLAND, will debut for MLD Entertainment on January 11th with their very first single titled "Before Sunrise Part 1."
Super Junior, DIA, Chung Ha, and so much more artists are rumored to make their comebacks this 2021.
On January 27th, U-KISS Soohyun and Hoon will unveil their first unit track, "I Wish."
