Super Junior's Siwon Once Again Apologizes About Controversial Dog Bite That Killed Restaurant Owner
Super Junior member Choi Siwon once again apologize on the controversial dog bite incident that killed a person two years ago. The singer-actor made the apology during the press conference of his new K-drama, My Fellow Citizens!.
The new KBS2 drama is Siwon's small screen comeback since the controversy involving his family dog. In October of 2017, a 53-year-old upscale restaurant owner, identified as Mrs. Kim, was bitten by a French bulldog owned by Siwon and his family. She passed away from sepsis six days later.
Mrs. Kim's sister stated afterward that Siwon had visited their family several times to apologize and they had forgiven the singer and his family. Although the Kim family had stated that they are not taking any legal action against the Choi family, Siwon's family received severe backlash from the public for not taking any precautionary measures with their dog.
