Wanna One Alum Park Ji Hoon's Official Website Crashes After Launch; Wanna One Exhibit To Open In February

Wanna One members can definitely do solo and they can surely be a hit. Take for instance, Park Ji Hoon. He has launched his official solo website and his fans crash the site as soon as it was launched.

Wanna One's Kang Daniel earlier open his own Instagram account and broke the record of most number of followers in less than 12 hours. Now, Ji Hoon's official website crashed due to overwhelming traffic.

According to Ji Hoon's agency, Maroo Entertainment, the K-pop idol opened his own website at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The label said the website's server crashes a few minutes they announced the site's address due to the overwhelming number of viewers. The website has since been restored.

So far, the website's content includes some new photos of Ji Hoon. He also shared a video clip of him greeting his fans. The schedule page is still empty but it is expected to be filled with Ji Hoon's solo activities in the coming days.

Ji Hoon was last seen along with his Wanna One bandmates at the 33rd Golden Disc Awards over the weekend. The group's label, Swing Entertainment, has already announced that they will not be attending the upcoming 8th Gaon Chart Music Awards as Wanna One is preparing for their final concert.

The 8th Gaon Chart Music Awards is set to be held at the Jamsil Arena on January 23. Wanna One will be holding their final concerts, titled Therefore, from January 24 to 27 at the Gocheok SkyDome in Seoul.

The contract of the 11 members of Wanna One with Swing Entertainment officially expired on December 31. Their upcoming concert series will be their last activities as a group.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that Wanna One will also be holding a special exhibition starting on February 1. The exhibit, titled Wanna One Forever, will take place at the Sang Sang Space Museum in Yongsan, Seoul.

It will feature the photos and videos of Wanna One during their 16 months of promotion. The members reportedly also voluntarily gave some of their personal items to the exhibit. Apparently, the members hope to show their gratitude to their fans through the event.

"Wanna One was active for the shortest amount of time, but they received the biggest love. We did our best to feature content that even fans have never seen before that would best describe the true identity of each member," Soompi quoted the CEO of Mahanaim Live that is in-charge for the exhibit.

Tickets for the exhibit will be available as soon as the official website for the exhibit is establish. Members of Wanna One's fan clubs are eligible for purchase tickets during the presale.
