'Grey's Anatomy' Season 15 Episode 4 Spoilers: Meredith On A Blind Date; Maggie Is Revealing Teddy's Secret

It looks like Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) love life will be back on track in the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 15. The surgeon will be out on a blind date in Episode 4 which could have been set up by her matchmaker patient, Cece.

It can be recalled that Meredith had told her that she doesn't want to be married forever with her work. This suggests that she is open to the possibility of tying the knot with someone again. Grey's showrunner Krista Vernoff earlier teased that Meredith may find new love this season.

This week in the ABC medical drama, Meredith will turn heads at the hospital when she shows up at work all done up and ready for her date later that day. She will definitely stir curiosity among her colleagues since this will be the first time she will be out on a date after her relationship with Nathan ended.

It would be interesting to know who is Meredith's blind date? Could it be the new Ortho God of Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital? In the previous episode, Dr. Atticus "Link" Lincoln (Chris Carmack) flirted with Mer but he immediately shuts him down.

Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) could be a candidate as well. Mer and DeLuca shared a kiss in the Season 14 finale. Additionally, the young doctor has been in Meredith's steamy dream in the past episode too. Or Meredith will be dating an entirely new character.

Meanwhile, Teddy's (Kim Raver) secret is keeping Maggie (Kelly McCreary) uncomfortable. Knowing that Teddy is pregnant of Owen's (Kevin McKidd) baby, she tried to set up Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) with Dr. Lincoln. In the upcoming Episode 4, Maggie couldn't hide the secret anymore. The official synopsis of the episode titled "Momma Knows Best" states that Maggie will share the secret to someone.

Elsewhere, Alex (Justin Chambers) will be in a tight position once again as the new interim chief. Apparently, Alex will make a questionable decision in order to save a patient. Dr. Bailey earlier appointed Alex as the new chief as she takes a stress sabbatical.

The newly-wed doctor already had a bad first day as interim chief after approving several requisition requests last week only to find out that he has a limited budget. Additionally, a patient died on his watch due to intern Vikram Roy's negligence. Enraged Alex immediately fired Vikram.

Grey's Anatomy Season 15 airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
