The newly recruited members of GOT7 fan club and other K-pop fans have something to look forward to next month. The Korean boy band has confirmed that they are indeed releasing new music in September.

GOT7 member BamBam has revealed that they have finished filming the music video for their comeback next month. In a recent interview, BamBam was asked about the band members' new hair color. He revealed that it was because they just filmed their comeback MV and added that it was already done.

JYP Entertainment echoed BamBam's statement. However, the agency admitted that they have no exact date yet for the band's return.

"It's true GOT7 are getting ready for a September comeback. We've finished filming the MV. We're still adjusting the comeback time frame. We will be revealing the exact date later," the agency said (via AllKpop).

The new announcement came after the group ended the recruitment for the 5th generation of their fandom iGOT7, also known as the Ahgases. The band earlier released a group and solo photos of the members in their pajamas to invite fans to be part of iGOT7.

The K-pop idols also teased their upcoming LP during their concert stop in Singapore last week. GOT7 thanked their fans for a surprise clip that their Ahgases prepared for them. Jackson said they will be flying home right after the event to prepare for another album. Jinyoung, on the other hand, promised to their followers that they will be back in Singapore with a new album.

In May, the boys kicked off their 2018 world tour with concerts in Seoul. They continued to perform for their fans in Asia, Europe, and in North and South America. GOT7 also made history in the US as the first K-pop group to perform at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

GOT7 currently has one tour stop left which will be in Hong Kong's Asia World Expo Arena on August 24. JB, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom are also set to perform at the KCON 2018 Thailand next month.

The group released their most recent EP, titled Eyes On You, in March with the title track "Look." The album also debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard World Albums Chart. Eyes On You sold over 300,000 copies in South Korea and was certified platinum by the Korean Music Content Association and the Gaon Chart.

In an interview with BuzzFeed Celeb, the GOT7 members asked about their goals for their next album and in the future. GOT7 member Yugyeom said he personally wants the group to win a major award this year. JB he wants to see their songs at the Billboards charts while BamBam dreams to perform in SuperBowl.
